1. No Objection Statement
Not available to foreign medical gradutes

We can assist you in obtaining the No Objection Statement from your county’s consulate in the U.S. and filing the appropriate documents with the Waiver Review Division of the Department of State. We can advise you about submitting your required statement and other documentary evidence available.

2. Persecution

We can assist you in filing an application for waiver with the immigration agency if you believe that you will be persecuted based on your race, religion or political opinion if you were to return to your home country. We can advise you about submitting your required statement and other documentary evidence available.

3. Exceptional Hardship to your U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident spouse or child

Mere separation from your family is not considered to be sufficient to establish exceptional hardship. We can assist you in filing an application for waiver with the immigration agency and submitting your required statement and other documentary evidence available.

4. Request by a designated State Department of Public Health or its equivalent, CONRAD:

If you are a foreign medical graduate, we can assist you in filing a CONRAD request with the state public health department which will forward it directly to the Waiver Review Division of the Department of State if it agrees to sponsor you.
