“Extraordinary” - We can assist you in obtaining an O visa as an individual of extraordinary ability or achievement in the arts, athletics, sciences, education, business, or the motion picture or television industry. “Extraordinary” is a high standard when applied to business persons, scientists, educators and athletes, and a much lower one when applied to artists and entertainers. Artists and entertainers in the television and motion picture industries must show “a demonstrated record of extraordinary achievement”, a standard that falls somewhere in the middle.
“Distinction” - "Extraordinary ability" means "distinction" which, in turn, means a high level of achievement in the field, substantially above that ordinarily encountered. Through a careful examination of the documentation and a well-crafted petition, we obtain O visas for seasoned or accomplished artists, those who have achieved sudden success, and even students and child prodigies who function at a level appropriate to O-1B status.
“P Visa for Performing Athletes, Artists, Entertainers” - We can assist you in obtaining a P Visa if you are an Individual or Team Athlete, or a Member of an Entertainment group that is internationally recognized.

EB-1 preference category
If you are an “extraordinary ability” individual who has reached a level of expertise or skill indicating that you are one of a small percentage who have raised to the top of your field, we can assist you in obtaining a green card. The major benefit of this category is that you do not need labor certification or a specific employment offer. You can file your own petition, rather than through an employer.
EB-2 preference category
If you are an “exceptional ability” individual who has reached a degree of expertise significantly above that ordinarily encountered within the field of Arts, Sciences or Business, we can assist you in obtaining a green card. You must have a labor certification approved by the Department of Labor, a job offer and the U.S. employer must file a petition on your behalf. You may apply for exemption from the job offer and labor certification if the exemption would be in the national interest, in which case you may file the petition, along with evidence of the national interest. |
